Can I visit A-Plus anytime?
You can visit our office anytime from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Mondays to Fridays at Level 4, Festival Supermall, Alabang, Muntinlupa City, 1781 Philippines.
Why can't I go on to the next page in the lesson?
If the downloading is stuck somewhere, please clear the temporary internet files first in your explorer, Steps: click on tools - internet options - delete files(in the middle) - ok, then refresh the page. This feature is not available yet.
How can I review a specific activity in a lesson?
You can jump to a specific activity by quickly clicking the arrows at the right/left bottom of the screen before the current activity has finished loading (apart from the first activity, 1.1). This feature is not available yet.
How can I change my username and password?
To change your username or password go to My Account, type in your new username or password and click 'Update'. Click here if you wish to change them now. But sadly, this feature is not available yet. To be updated later.
How do I update other personal information?
To change any other personal information, go to My Account and update it in the same way. This feature is not available yet.
How can I cancel my A-PLUS Chinese Learning course?
You can cancel your A-PLUS Chinese Learning course whenever you want. To cancel your course, go to My Account and click on 'Cancel'. In this case you will not be charged (again). This feature is not available yet.
What does my Placement Test score mean?
The Placement Test indicates your level of Chinese in terms of the A-PLUS Chinese Learning courses, based on our general Chinese curriculum. At the end of the test, you are given a suggested starting level at A-PLUS Chinese Learning Center. This feature is not available yet.
